Living with Integrity Before God.
"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." ā Colossians 3:23
As you begin a new week, it is worth asking yourself a simple but profound question: Before God, am I legitimate in all that I do?
It is easy to appear righteous before people, but God sees your heart, motives and actions. Are you a faithful citizen of God's Kingdom in your workplace, your business, your home and your relationships?
Do you carry out your responsibilities honestly, or do you compromise when no one is watching?
Are your hands free from corruption, deceit and dishonesty?
Do you speak well of others, or do you engage in gossip and backstabbing?
Is your heart filled with gratitude, or has jealousy and envy quietly taken root?
One day, you will stand before God: not to explain what others did, but to give an account of your own life. What a joy it would be to say with confidence, "Lord, I sought to honour You in all I did. My work, my words and my decisions were for the glory of Your Kingdom."
Today, let integrity be your signature. Choose honesty over shortcuts, kindness over criticism, humility over pride, and faithfulness over personal gain. Live in such a way that your life points others to Christ.
Prayer
āļø Prayer: Heavenly Father, search my heart and reveal anything that does not please You. Help me to walk in integrity, to serve faithfully, and to honour You in every decision I make. Remove every trace of jealousy, envy, dishonesty and selfish ambition from my heart. May my work, my relationships and my words reflect Your character. Let everything I do bring glory to Your holy name. Amen! šš¾ š« May the Lord go before you this week and establish the work of your hands. May He give you wisdom to make righteous decisions, courage to stand for what is right, and strength to walk in integrity even when it is difficult. May your life be marked by honesty, humility and faithfulness, and may God's favour, peace and abundant grace surround you and your loved ones throughout this week.
